Dr. Gabriel Kengni is Director of the Academy of Information Technology (AOIT) and Department Chair of Information Technology at Wheaton High School. He is also an Online Professor at the University Phoenix Online. Wheaton High School (WHS) is one of the largest High Schools in the Downcounty Consortium (DCC)in Montgomery Coutny, Maryland. Dr. Kengni was appointed to the position at the end of 2006-2007 school year and since then he has been leading an ambitious reform designed to recruit and retain students in the AOIT.
